When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 10 am will be shipped the same day. For domestic shipments (India), please allow 2-7 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. After your order processes, you will receive an email and message with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email and message with tracking information, and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
Is my personal & payment details information safe?
Definitely! All the payment is secured through PhonePe gateway, the most trusted Payment Gateway security on the web. Furthermore, your personal information is never stored on file.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping & handling prices are on an average of Rs 60, but the exact price completely depends on the pin-code of your delivery address.
How do I track my order?
If you created an account, you could log into your account and see the status of your order. And also, once an order ships, you’ll also receive a notification email and message on your Mobile Number with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. All orders placed before 10 am ship the same day.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order, we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please WhatsApp us at 7777008298 with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be canceled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if WhatsApp us at 7777008298 within 3-4 hours after you place your order, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time.
Return/Refund Policy?
Every product sold at ubuntuglowroom.com is covered under our 3-Day Replacement Policy. Notify us by WhatsApp us at 7777008298 about problems related to packaging issues or damages within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you. If the shipping address is unserviceable due to any reason, then we will initiate the full refund.
Please note that orders once processed cannot be cancelled. If your order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete phone number or address, then you will be eligible for a partial refund (Total amount you paid minus Rs 100 for shipping). Alternatively, you can request us to resend your order with the updated phone number or address, but you will have to pay an additional Rs 50 for reshipping. If the customer rejects the order midway or while delivery, he/she will be eligible for a partial refund (Total amount you paid minus Rs 100 for shipping).
How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you could log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation, you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a payment processing issue, please WhatsApp us at 8788060851 and we will look into your order for you.
