Every product sold at Ubuntu Glow Room is covered under our 3-Day Replacement Policy. Notify us by WhatsApp us at (+91)7777008298 about problems related to packaging issues or damages within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you. If the shipping address is unserviceable due to any reason, then we will initiate the full refund.
Please note that orders once processed cannot be cancelled. If your order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete phone number or address, then you will be eligible for a partial refund (Total amount you paid minus Rs 100 for shipping). Alternatively, you can request us to resend your order with the updated phone number or address, but you will have to pay an additional Rs 50 for reshipping. If the customer rejects the order midway or while delivery, he/she will be eligible for a partial refund (Total refund minus shipping charges of Rs 100).
If an order placed during a sale is initiated for refund by us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days and a refund as reward points will take 24-48 hours.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
